Each Hyrox event consists of 8 functional fitness stations interspersed with 1km runs, creating a grueling yet exhilarating challenge suitable for all fitness levels. WHAT TO EXPECT IN A HYROX CLASS

Each Hyrox class at Titan Fitness Camp is structured to mimic the real competition while improving your strength, stamina, and technique. A typical class includes:

  • Warm-up and mobility exercises
  • Run drills to improve endurance.
  • Cool-down and recovery strategies.
  • Functional fitness training
    (sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, and more).

HYROX WORKOUT OVERVIEW

The HYROX workout combines running and functional fitness in a standardized format. It consists of 8 rounds, each including a 1-kilometer run followed by a functional workout station, totaling 8 kilometers of running and 8 workouts. Here’s the sequence offunctional stations

  • Ski Erg (1,000m)A cardio-intensive exercise that mimics Nordic skiing.
  • Sled PushAthletes push a weighted sled over a fixed distance.
  • Sled PullSimilar to the sled push, but with a pulling motion
  • Burpee Broad JumpsA combination of burpees and forward broad jumps.
  • Rowing Machine (1,000m)A full-body cardio challenge.
  • Farmer’s CarryCarrying heavy weights over a set distance.
  • Sandbag LungesWeighted lunges while carrying a sandbag on the shoulders.
  • Wall BallsSquatting and throwing a weighted ball to a target on the wall.

The entire workout tests strength, endurance, and mental toughness, offering a complete challenge for functional fitness enthusiasts.
