At our fitness camp, we offer three distinctive programs; the fitness program, transformation program, and weight loss program. No matter which program you choose, you will have full access to all of the classes we offer. Our classes include various types of yoga, cross training, body 360, the weekly nutrition seminar, spin, glute builder, and many more. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a comprehensive fitness experience that is tailored to their individual needs and designed to achieve their specific goals. 1. Cross Training

Cross training is one of the toughest classes on our schedule. These classes are more than enough to kick-start your metabolism for the day.
Workouts are different for every class, you and your body will never know what to expect. A week of our cross training classes will have you feeling muscles that you didn’t know you had.

We have some of Asia’s top CrossFit competitors as coaches here at camp, so you know you are guided by an elite crew.

This class is a natural progression from body360. It will see you utilize all of the skills that you have learned in strength and technique class. This is the ultimate workout, functional fitness, meets gymnastics, meets mobility and agility.

The energy of this class is infectious, and it is addictive. As soon you master one skill you will be eager to add weight, do more reps or increase speed.

2. Body 360

Body360 is a fully-body cardio circuit. Get your pump on as you work through the sequence of exercises, working all-out for 40 seconds, with enough time to rest and get to your next station within the minute.

From newbie to old-hat, all movements are fully scalable to where ever you are on your fitness journey. Our coaches will work with you to find a variation of each movement that works for you, and will stick with you, as you move through the progressions with time. Designed to hit every body party in one hour, we don’t call it body 360 for nothing. Our long-term clients see amazing results from this class. The tunes are pumping, and so will you be. It is a lot of work and a lot of fun.

3. Buddha Run

Sitting peacefully atop Chalong’s rolling hills, we are blessed to have Big Buddha watching over the whole of the Island.

At 7am every Wednesday morning, we set-off in the Titan-truck. Starting from the foot of the hills, together we start the climb to the top. Walking, running, jogging or whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5km and steep incline meet Thailand’s largest Buddha. It is worth it alone for the best views of the bay, you might even meet a monkey or two along the way.

Our more competitive Titans revisit Buddha week after week, trying to shave seconds of their time and get on our famous leaderboard!

4. Assault Course - Skills & Drills

Unleash your inner warrior and master your skills with our brand-new Titan Military Assault Course class! This class offers a no-pressure environment where you can familiarize yourself with a wide array of challenging obstacles at your own pace or alongside a group.

Designed to test various elements of your physical capacity, these obstacles will keep you on your toes and push you to new limits. But fear not! Our expert trainers will guide you through the course, demonstrating all the movements clearly and offering assistance wherever needed, with no time pressure.

Attending this class not only provides an excellent opportunity to practice and improve your skills, but it also serves as a foundation for our Wednesday bootcamp class. By building up confidence and honing your abilities, you’ll be well-prepared to tackle the ultimate challenge: our Saturday time trial!

Additionally, the insights gained from this class can be utilized during your personal training sessions at Titan Fitness. By identifying areas to work on, you can collaborate with your personal trainer to optimize your performance and achieve your goals.

5. Open Mat

At our fitness camp, we believe that exercise should be versatile and adaptable to different preferences. That’s why we offer an exciting open mat session for our clients. Our open mat session allows you to take advantage of our outdoor bootcamp space and gym equipment in a unique and invigorating setting. Whether you prefer to soak up the sun or enjoy the refreshing breeze, this session provides the opportunity to work out outside and explore the beautiful surroundings of our camp. With access to a wide range of high-quality gym equipment, you can customize your workout routine and challenge yourself in a dynamic and inspiring outdoor environment. 6. Boxercise

Boxercise is our high intensity training on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Get the adrenaline rushing as you hit the pads with your fellow Titians. Our expert coaches put you through your paces, just enough to keep you on your toes, and your heart rate high. Boxercise is well known for toning up and a strong core. Our classes pack a real punch when it comes to burning calories.

7. Spin + Spin Core

Our spin on Spinning! Working between the bike and bodyweight exercises, our evening spin classes will have you in a whirl. Monday-Friday we mix it up with Spin-core classes and Spinning for the ultimate sweat-sesh. This hour is non-stop, max effort with a super playlist and a stunning view as the sun sets over Big Buddha and on a great day’s training. We work as a team, 2 persons share one bike, while one is on the bike the coach has fun exercises for the other one.

8. Sunset Yoga

Unwind and find your inner peace with our Sunset Yoga session, the perfect way to end your Monday evening.

Join us in the open area overlooking the  Big Buddha, where you can enjoy the gentle breeze and open air views as you embark on a yoga journey with Nuya. Our experienced and skilled yoga instructor will guide you through a serene practice, helping you release tension, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your body.

10. Glute Builder

Are you ready to build and sculpt the glutes of your dreams? Well we’ve got you!

In our Glute Builder class you will squat, deadlift and hip thrust your way to a perkier peach! Under the guidance of our expert coaches, you’ll learn the fundamentals of glute activation and muscle building, and perfect your lifting technique, to ensure you see real results and grow those glutes from flat to FAT!

11. Strength + Conditioning

Our daily strength and technique classes focus on a different muscle group or movement each day. A relaxed tempo affords Titan newbies the time to get comfortable with particular lifting styles while those with more experience, build weight or play around with technique. Focus is on technique not cardio.

Our coaches are hyper-detail oriented. Sometimes a shift in weight, a change of grip can see even the most seasoned lifters improve. The attention and guidance offered is spot on! This class will get you the confidence to preform at high volume and speed in your cross-training classes. Bench, deadlift, or gymnastic skills, even our long stay clients learn something new at every Strength and Technique class. Thursday Skills and Drills vary each week and can involve body weight movements, kettle bell drills, gymnastics, agility ladder drills and more.

12. Pre Hab Re Hab

Introducing our revolutionary Prehab and Rehab class, designed to empower you with the strength, mobility, and resilience needed to conquer any fitness journey!

13. Military Bootcamp

18. Fight Camp

Welcome to our Fight Camp Full Body Fight Conditioning Class! Get ready to experience the intense conditioning required to become a high-level fighter, specifically in the realm of MMA.

In this class, you will tackle a series of stations that will challenge your physicality and push your limits. Our focus is on providing you with the same level of conditioning required for professional fighters. However, please note that there will be no sparring involved in this class.

Led by our experienced striking coach, you will be guided through a pulse-racing, high-energy environment. Each station will incorporate various aspects of fighting, including ground work, kicks, knees, and elbows. By rotating through these stations, you will engage your entire body and develop the strength, endurance, and agility necessary for combat sports.

Our striking coach brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the class, ensuring that you receive the highest quality training. 21. Class of the Titans

Get ready for the ultimate challenge with “THE TITAN” – our most physically demanding and strict class of the week, held every Friday. This high-intensity session leaves no room for excuses as you will be pushed to your absolute limits. Come prepared to work HARD and give it your all!

During “THE TITAN,” you will face 5 to 6 stations, each lasting for 2 x 20 seconds with a 10-second break in between. After the second 20 seconds is compete you will move quickly to the next station, and you will compete this 5 times. However, be prepared to push even further if the instructor deems it necessary. Don’t be deceived by the short duration of each station – this workout will be intense and will require your full commitment.

In “THE TITAN,” anything less than 100% effort will not go unnoticed. The instructor will closely monitor your performance, and if they feel that you are not giving it your all, be prepared for some extra work to be assigned. Starting a station late or finishing early will result in burpees being added to your workout. The aim is to ensure that you are constantly pushing yourself and giving it your best.

Despite the intense nature of “THE TITAN,” this class is still suitable for everyone. All you need to bring is your A-game and give it your 100%. No matter your fitness level, this class will challenge you and help you discover your true potential.

20. Stretch & Recovery

Mobility, recovery and stretching are central to our holistic approach to health and fitness. With specialist backgrounds in yoga, physiotherapy and injury prevention, our experts know that the key to building muscle is in the recovery stage. These sessions are integral to general health and to maximise performance in your training. Iron out those niggles, stretch those hard-working muscles, identify imbalances and improve your overall flexibility, mobility and stability; held three times a week, these are not to be missed.

23. Beach Workout

The fun doesn’t stop on the weekends at Titan. On Saturday mornings we hit the road to explore the stunning beaches of Phuket’s coastline. Each week brings a new workout, with our Titans inevitably ending up splashing in the sea. Training and tanning all at once, what could be better. Expect sun, sand and sit-ups.

22. Friday Night Drinks

At our fitness camp, we understand that balance is key to a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we offer a delightful and relaxing weekly Friday drinks event for our Titan’s. This is a well-deserved opportunity to unwind after a week of hard work and dedication to your fitness goals. Our Friday drinks event provides a laid-back atmosphere where you can socialise, connect with fellow campers, and enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice. Whether it’s a mocktail, a protein shake, or a healthy smoothie, we offer a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences and fitness needs. It’s a chance to celebrate your accomplishments, have meaningful conversations, and create lasting memories with like-minded individuals. 25. Assault Course - Time Trial

Get ready to push your limits and conquer the Titan Assault Course in our Saturday Time Trial!

This class is all about challenging yourself and putting your skills to the test. Your mission is to complete the standardized assault course as quickly and safely as possible, showcasing your agility, strength, and determination.

Don’t worry if you’re not able to conquer every obstacle just yet. This class is open to all fitness levels, and we encourage everyone to participate and give it their best shot. However, be aware that any obstacles left incomplete will result in a 15 burpee penalty. So, the more obstacles you conquer, the better your time will be.

Once you reach the finish line and ring the bell, your time will be recorded. You will receive a personal Assault Course Time Trial sheet where your time will be written down. This sheet is a great tool to help you track your progress and identify areas where you can improve. Incomplete obstacles will highlighted, and be something you can use as a roadmap for your training journey.

For those who complete the entire course without scaling any obstacles, your time will be recorded on our Titan Time Trial Assault Course Board. This board showcases the fastest times, and each week presents an opportunity for you to claim the top spot and become the number one Titan!

So, lace up your shoes, tighten your grip, and prepare to push yourself to new heights.

24. Beach Yoga

Start your Saturday off right with our Beach Yoga session at the stunning Nai Harn Beach.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of this picturesque beach as you practice yoga next to the soothing ocean waves. The waves at Nai Harn provide a mesmerizing sound and backdrop to enhance your morning practice. Close your eyes and let the symphony of nature guide you into a state of tranquility and inner peace.

Led by our incredible instructor, this yoga session is designed to set you up for a day filled with energy, vitality, and a sense of accomplishment. The combination of the refreshing sea breeze, the soft sand beneath your feet, and the invigorating yoga practice will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer the day ahead.

26. Sprint Track

Speed and strength are the order of the day on our 40-meter sprint track and strong man area.

Master your speed, agility and acceleration, or flip tyres to build the strength of a Titan, either way makes the most of the tropical sunshine. All of our classes make full use of this space, while in the evening Titans relax and shoot some hoops at the basketball net. Any visit to Titan will mean lots of time at this tree-lined multi-purpose area.

27. Old Skool Cross Training

Old School Cross Training is all about keeping things fresh, exciting, and challenging. This class incorporates a wide range of movements and exercises to keep you on your toes and engaged throughout the session.

The class structure may vary from week to week, but one thing is for certain – there will always be options available to cater to everyone’s fitness level and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll find modifications and progressions that allow you to get the most out of each exercise.

During Old School Cross Training, you can expect to be pushed outside of your comfort zone. The workouts are designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You’ll be encouraged to give it your all and push yourself to new limits.

At the end of each class, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment, knowing that you’ve challenged yourself and pushed through any obstacles. The variety and intensity of the workouts will leave you feeling energized and motivated to continue your fitness journey.

28. Round For Time Fridays

This is a workout format where you are given a specific number of rounds to complete various exercises as quickly as possible. The goal is to finish all the rounds in the shortest amount of time while maintaining proper form and technique.

The exercises and number of repetitions in each round can vary from workout to workout, ensuring that each session is different and keeps you engaged. This variety helps prevent boredom and keeps you guessing about what’s coming next.

The workout may include a mix of bodyweight exercises, weighted movements, cardio exercises, or a combination of all three. The exercises are carefully selected to target different muscle groups and provide a well-rounded full-body workout.

The challenge in Rounds for Time comes from pushing yourself to complete the rounds as fast as you can. This format encourages intensity and helps improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall fitness.

Additionally, the competitive nature of Rounds for Time can be motivating. You can set personal goals to beat your previous times or compete with others in the class, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.

29. Chipper Tuesdays

Chipper Tuesday is designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit. In this class, you’ll be given a specific set of exercises and a target number of repetitions to complete. Your goal is to chip away at each exercise, working either individually or in pairs, until you’ve finished the prescribed amount of work or until the time cap expires.

The chipper format encourages you to push your limits and test your stamina. It requires focus, determination, and the ability to pace yourself effectively. As you progress through the workout, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment with each exercise you complete, knowing you’re one step closer to finishing the entire chipper.

Working individually allows you to challenge yourself and push beyond your comfort zone. Alternatively, if you choose to work in pairs, you’ll have the opportunity to motivate and support each other, sharing the workload and pushing each other to new heights.

Chipper Tuesday classes not only build physical strength and endurance but also foster a sense of mental resilience and determination. It’s a great opportunity to set personal goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements as you conquer each exercise.
