Our camp offers an impressive range of facilities and services to help you achieve your fitness goals, including an indoor air-conditioned gym, fully equipped with everything you need for a comprehensive workout, an outdoor bootcamp, perfect for those who prefer to train in the great outdoors, an assault course, designed to challenge you physically and mentally, a 40m sprint track, ideal for improving your speed and agility, an ice bath, to help speed up your recovery after a tough training session, x2 saunas, allowing you to relax and unwind after a hard day’s training, sports massage and therapy treatments, to help you stay injury-free and at the top of your game. Are you ready to take on the challenge that is our military assault course? Conquer the challenge, embrace the adrenaline! Our new Assault Course is the ultimate test of strength and determination. You will tackle a variety of obstacles, including monkey bars, rope climbs, balance beams, cargo net climbs, and more! This assault course will test you and leave you feeling exhilarated. But don’t worry, our expert instructors will give you a full demonstration and provide you with the opportunity to practice the obstacles. If there’s something you can’t do, you can simply bypass it and maybe work on conquering it while you’re with us. No visit to Titan Fitness is complete without taking on the Titan Assault Course.
