Checking into our Fitness Camp is a streamlined and efficient process designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival for all participants. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

Reservation Confirmation: Once you have made a reservation for your stay at our fitness camp, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details, including your check-in date and time, location, and any specific instructions you may need to follow.

Arrival and Greetings: On the day of your check-in, our friendly and professional staff will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. You will be warmly greeted at the reception area, where our team will guide you through the check-in process.

Registration and Documentation: At the reception, you will be asked to provide some basic information and complete any necessary registration forms. This will include details such as your name, contact information, emergency contact, and any medical conditions or dietary restrictions we should be aware of.

Room Assignment: After completing the registration, you will be assigned your accommodation based on your preferences and availability. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information, such as the room number and key, as well as any additional amenities or services included with your stay.

Orientation and Welcome Pack: To familiarise you with the facilities and programs at our fitness camp, we will provide you with an orientation session. You will receive a welcome pack containing a schedule of activities, information on classes and workshops, and any relevant guidelines or rules that you should be aware of during your stay. Can I lose 10kg in 4 weeks?

This is very individual. All clients have different body types and starting point. If a client weights in at 120kg the possibility of that client to lose 10kg in 4 weeks is much higher than a client who weights in at 75kg.

What do we do on Sundays?

We rest by the pool, some of us explore the Island of Phuket and others chose to visit the indoor gym.  Many restaurants in the area are open so don´t worry about not getting breakfast, lunch or dinner. We recommend you go to the beach as it is only a quick drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Asia. Of course no need to check out, you keep your room during Sundays.

Difference between transformation and the weight loss program

The only difference in inclusions between the transformation program and the weight loss program is that the transformation program includes protein shakes 2 x daily and only 3 PT instead of 5. But we will have a different approach and program for your training plan. Each client is different and we take each client case by case. We will plan the training according to your own goals and individual preferences wether you want to lose weight or gain muscles.
