Mirka comes from the countryside and at young age, she has been competing and doing different kinds of sports, for example, cross-country skiing, MMA, and track and field. She moved out from Finland 8 years ago and traveled and trained (mostly martial arts) all around the world, then she found her peace and place in Phuket. She enjoys the island lifestyle and her favorite gym is nature, the beautiful natural surroundings in Phuket.
Her current focus on speed training, agility, boxing, and functional fitness makes her a versatile trainer capable of working with athletes at different levels of experience. Her willingness to provide modifications and progressions for individuals of all abilities is a great asset, ensuring that everyone can get the most out of their training sessions.
