Lewis has over 8 years of expertise, coaching Calisthenics and gymnastics. He combines bodyweight training, weightlifting,, and mobility; a unique way of training that is both fun and challenging. Following a holistic approach, Lewis helps people build a great relationship with food, and to optimize their health. Lewis coached Wing Chun Kung Fu for 6 years before shifting to calisthenics training. Since then, he has devoted himself to helping people discover a new love for exercise and regain their vitality. Although the idea of calisthenics or gymnastics may sound daunting, Lewis ensures that anyone of any age and ability can start to learn this awesome and unique style of training!
