Having spent four months in Thailand mastering the art of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sean was hooked on the Thailand-training lifestyle. In early 2016, he left his home in London and returned to Thailand, this time to join team Titan as a personal trainer and fitness coach, while continuing his JiuJitso practice.
Sean has worked at Titan Fitness Camp since the beginning of 2016.
Known for his big smile, great humour and personality to match, Sean puts Titans through their paces in the calorie burn course, and helps them to unlock their inner strength spirit with his energetic classes.
An avid studier, Sean is constantly on the cusp of new training methods and techniques. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of training with a keen interest in strength training for athletes, weight-loss, structural balance and injury prevention.
Each one-to-one session will see you engage in training strategies that are rooted in science and methodology, and perfected through patience and practice. A huge part of his coaching is focused on developing the selfconfidence to support success in training.
