What make our program so successful? It is not just one factor, it is many! From our collected feedback through out the years most past clients have pointed out that the fact that they are in such a great environment makes all the difference. The environment at Titan Fitness Camp includes the facilities, the healthy food, the fitness street, the great people at camp and mostly THE AMAZING COACHES.
In our weight loss program we have 6 personal training session scheduled each week and one of those 6 sessions if a consultation hour where you and your coach plan, reassess and track the progress. Most people book a 4 week program as we need at least 4 weeks to get some amazing results. If you want to come for a shorter period, we have had many clients as well come for a 2-week kick-start and made some really good changes in such a short period of time!
The main difference in inclusions between the transformation program and the weight loss program is that the transformation program includes protein shakes 2 x daily (mon-sat). But we will have a different approach and program for your training plan. Each client is different and we take each client case by case. We will plan the training according to your own goals and individual preferences wether you want to lose weight or gain muscles.
For 2019 we added 1 massage and 1 sauna per week to make the program more exclusive and also to high light the importance of massages.
